As the weather warms up and more residents are out walking, the Village would like to remind everyone to be courteous neighbors and responsible pet owners.

Please keep dogs and other animals safely contained on your property or properly secured with a leash or lead when outside. Loose animals can create safety concerns for residents walking through the Village, especially when animals chase, approach, or act aggressively toward others.

Residents are also reminded to clean up after their pets around town and to keep yards free of accumulated animal waste. As temperatures rise, pet waste can quickly become unpleasant for nearby neighbors and create unsanitary conditions.

Let’s all do our part to keep South Range a safe, clean, and welcoming Village for everyone.
